Booking Conditions
The activities offered by Santa Forest are available by prior reservation only. A booking is confirmed once the corresponding payment has been validated.
A Christmas Magic Contribution may be required to secure the reserved time slot and allow us to prepare a personalized visit.
Cancellations and Changes
Any request for modification should be submitted as early as possible. Santa Forest reserves the right to review each request individually depending on availability.
In the event of exceptional weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, certain activities may be modified, postponed or cancelled for safety reasons.
Photos and Memories
Personal photographs are permitted in the outdoor areas of Santa Forest. To preserve the experience for every family, personal photography is not permitted inside Santa Claus's cabin.
Depending on the package selected, souvenir photographs taken by our team may be available in printed or digital format.
Children's Activities
Activities intended for children remain under the supervision and responsibility of parents or accompanying adults. For safety reasons, Santa Forest reserves the right to stop or refuse an activity if conditions do not allow safe participation.
